Eating Fat
What happens if you dont eat enough fat while trying to build muscle ?
How much fat do I need?
Also how do I calculate the amount of fat that I am eating to know if its 20% ?

Your body uses it as an energy source just like carbs, so I don't think it would harm your body much at all (I'm not one of the nutrition experts on this site so I may be wrong). But in terms of watching your macro ratios i use www (dot) caloriecount (dot) com its free. You just enter your food and such and if you click on the tab "Analysis" there is a small pie chart on the right that tells you what your ratios are. You can even customize your diet say you want to stick to a 2500cal diet you can customize your ratio, because it will ask you to input ratios you want to use. I am cutting so I'm using a 50/35/15 (p/c/f). That site really helps me keep my nutrition in check.
