    PCT for Trenbolone Acetate and Test prop Cycle

    Hi guys was just looking for some basic advice on a good PCT for this cycle

    I have run 4-5 cycles before and have never had any major problems however I know the power of Tren and just wanted some professional advice on a good PCT.

    My weight is 168 pounds, 5'11 in height and running test prop at 100mg and tren at 75 EOD. 0.5 Arimidex EOD throughout as well to ensure no gyno effects. I will be running this cycle for 8 weeks before probably starting my PCT.

    My calorie intake roughly atm is around 3000 calories a day, however sometimes it is higher than this.

    PCT has always been my poor zone so advice would be greatly appreciated, I'm going to be running this cycle no matter what so please don't try to put me off it because of the use of tren, i'm aware it's powerful and can have large sides but this is my choice.

    Also was wondering about cytomel and clen being introduced to the end of this cycle. Would these 2 combined in the last 2 weeks, and then during the 2 weeks of PCT be a good effective way of lowering BMI?

    im on sust 250 2/3ml eod and tren ace 100 mg eod along with drol and i asked the same question and got set up. you should be running hcg 250 iu twice weekly during ur cycle and get the usual nolvadex /clomid for after and youl be fine
    Week 1: 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva ED
    Week 2: 50mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva ED
    Week 3: 50mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva ED
    Week 4: 20mg Nolva ED

    Hcg should be run from the start or midway through the cycle? cheers for the quick response btw m8

    that im not certain. i asked mid way through and they said jump on it now. i have zero sides.. my boys are nice n plump and im sure the pct will go smoothly from experience

    i just do 50/50/25/25 20/20/20/20 and it always work spot on for me hcg should be run throughout your cycle but if you havent do it during pct ive done this also and have been fine 2 x 250ius a week monday thursday hope this helps!

    Lets see you ran 4 or 5 cycles and you only weigh 165 at 5'11? You dont see a problem here? You should be at 200lbs unless you were one of those guys who had no biz running aas beacuse he was under weight.You need to hit the diet section post that diet of yours and get it fixed before you move on.You are wasting your money and time w/o a good diet.

    Was waiting for someone to notice this haha, yeh i know for the first cycle i was running clen and cytomel just to lose weight, i was very overweight, then i found myself far to skinny and not going to lie i wasted my time on the next couple being young and stupid, now i have sorted my diet and have gained 4lbs in this first week of this cycle and everything is going great, but good spot songdog! lol

    lol that argument was on my post! lol epic... but ya 3k calories? maybe if ur trying out for the girl scouts i do 5-6k a day and 250-300g protein. 2/3 thro cycle up 30 lbs.

    Really? well to be absolutely honest with you guys that was a guess, the way i have started judging it is that as long as i eat right i'l eat judging the scales. I don't see much need in counting the calories of every meal, just eat big, eat right and then lower and raise it in alternation with the scales and mirror. So sometimes it probably is up to 4000-5000, 3000 was complete guess haha

    fair enough. try calorie counting it makes it easy. i take serious mass but not in full shakes... 20 oz milk and one heaping plus like 1/3 scoop. lil over 1k calories per and its easy to take down. just start stacking those.. "o shit im 2k shy of my goal today" *glugglug

    alot less than him ha ha ha na im at 14 stone 7 with nothing on and can feel myself gaining well now so if by the next 3 weeks im at 15 then im happy for me this is only alittle cycle just to get my self warmed up im going to do a couple more this year for the first time ever then go back to my one a year and im taking hgh now so should help also!
