first cyle

im wondering if i should really worry about having to take any anti estrongens while on my first cyle i know that after 2 weeks of my last shot im doing Nolvadex for 4 weeks week 1 and 2 im doing 40mgs and the last 2 weeks of my pct im doing 20 mgs but im wondering if i need to take any Nolvadex on my cyle heres mu cyle.

week 1-10 take 1 ml per week of 250 mgs and week 1-10 take 1 ml per week of eq 250 mgs per week. let me know if i should take Nolvadex or if my cyle is good.

I'd stop what your planning on doing because it sounds like you haven't done any research or understand how to plan a cycle.

What are your stats?
How long you been training?

mate ur way too young at 19.. and noone will really give u advice on this board at that age.. honestly do a lot of research first and train and eat well for a few more years.. doing AAS now will do u more harm then good!!

got to wait till you're mid 20s before you can cycle safely. doing it at 19 may permanently screw up all you natural hormones.

Yes, you should train naturally for several more years as mentioned. Not worth the risk you would be taking.

There are reasons why we give the advice we do, and it aint "just to piss you off". You are too young (19) as your body is still trying to finish developing your hormonal system.
