    First Cycle - sorry to be a bother..

    Yes, yes, yes... another newbie begging for answers. Sorry ahead of time. I just want to be as safe as possible, and as smart as possible.

    A few of my friends use steroids and they have been doing their own thing for awhile now, yeahhhh... I might be next.
    I've seen a few of them get ridiculous gains in 6 week cycles of winstrol . Although, I'm scared for a few of them. I'm not sure they are doing it right (safe.)
    Some take winstrol (orally) by itself, some take it with clen . From what I've read that's a terrible idea, and they should really have a test base.
    However, if it means anything they are taking joint supplements, fish oil, a multi, and a crap load of milk thistle.
    I think they're PCT is weak too...if any...

    I'm looking to go about a 6 week winstrol cycle as safe as possible. If that means going 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off, 3 weeks back on. Or if I should just cycle a test first.
    I really am not too sure, sorry for my lack of knowledge. I know its annoying always getting the same questions.

    I'm 6'5 and about 210lbs. Athletic build. I'm 19 years old, and am in good shape. I've been very active my whole life and go to the gym 4-5 times a week. My knowledge on lifting is good, I've done a lot of reading on it. (as well as nutrition) So, I wont hurt myself being dumb in the gym. My nutrition has been pretty crumby lately, but its been fantastic in the past. If I do decide to cycle and you guys agree with me that OK to do so. I will focus drastically on my diet, and can promise you that it will be very good for the width of the cycle.

    So, basically, I need to know how to go about this... If I should cycle anything first? What testosterone should I take? ...and how should I go about PCT?

    The absolute best thing you can do for yourself is spend another 5 years learning to eat and train, spend that time getting to know your compounds and exactly what you should take, why you take it, how it will effect you. Become an expert but at 19 DO NOT TAKE AAS, you are risking serious long term damage.

    ^^^^^^^^........AGREED you should also get your friends to join this site as well, running a winny only cycle isn't very smart. You need Test as a base for all cycles. However at your age you will gain more with just a great diet and crazy lifting than you will with running a cycle, plus your junk will still work down the road!

    I'll stick with my protein then.
    So, nothing I should touch this young for optimal results? I understand the whole hard work and a good diet thing.
    I'm just trying to one up my results, as most of us are.

    Yes sir we're all trying to look the best we can, BUT. If you look great and get all the girls it won't help if your Willie is stuck in limp noodle mode!

    Please stick around this site though, you can still learn a bunch so when your ready to cycle you'll be already educated

    You really should look into your diet a lot more, this takes years to perfect and when dialed in gain easily produce "steroid like" gains but they will be more solid and based on your intake of food not drugs = keeping what you gain
