    whats the max amount of gear recommended to be injected into tri's?

    I'd say no more than 2 cc's. But depends on how experienced you are. Most don't recommend more than 3cc's in a larger muscle group due to possible abcess.

    I would not inject 3cc into the tris. I think that is a little much. An abces is an infection...build up of puss that wil need to be drained...Not a good thing
