    To frontload or not?

Hey guys just about to start a 500mg of test e a week. Have done a couple of test courses before, does anyone agree that front loading is worth doing or just a waste, I've also heard it maybe better to load up on the last few weeks of course. Any thoughts? If so how much, when n for how long. Cheers guys

I've done runs where I frontloaded and not frontloaded and noticed no significant changes. There's a thread floating around here with some numbers on frontloading that's pretty interesting if you can find it in the search box.

Front-loading actually works, if that is indeed your primary concern here.

On the down side, Test is an aromatizing compound, hence you will have to adjust and readjust your AI dosing and intake frequency very well during and after the front-loading phase.

I suggest you precisely know what you are doing if you decide to go with front-loading because serious estrogen related sides are very likely to occur when you double your cycle dose of Test during the FL phase.
