beginner- need help with cutting (Var ?)
I am 33 and just returned to the workout scene. I weigh about 180. My diet is certainly not perfect (estimated 1500-2000 calories a day and not the best food groups). I have started to alter my diet significantly and am seeing a nutritionist. I really need a roid boost due to my age and the flat tire I have developed around my mid-section (not old but after spent alot of time developing my business and raising 3 kids- lost time for working out like I was able to in college). I am aware that diet is a huge part of it and am working to correct it to a T. Have done alot of research on bulk vs cutting steroids and have read several cycle options. I am very interested in Anavar (I am not looking to put on much mass-just want to look good naked- need to get ripped!!!). Could I cycle Anavar alone?? I want to also be very cautious with protecting my liver and I would like a steroid cycle that would be conducive to cardio. Would probably take the minimum dosage recommended to see adequate results. I am also very interested in HGH. Would love some input from you guys who are experienced. Also, nto sure how appropriate this question is but how do I find a legitimate source? Thanks for any and all help!

Var seems to have helped push me to go harder when doing cardio. I sweat to the point its disgusting
Var does shut you down and ****s with your libido. So I would ask a vets advice on proper pct. Var does make you stronger so if you dont have a base of lifting your going ot hurt your self because your body is not prepared to handle the increased in weight and at your age (I am same age) you are going to have things bother you.
Your not going to get a lot of feed back from people on here with this approach. No disrespect but people will find it lazy and irresponsible. Good Luck and read there is a ton of info on this site

thank you for the advice. I am just trying to be honest with my situation. I am working out hard but have become frustrated with this persistent belly fat. Not really a good excuse, but damn it was much easier to shed as a kid!!! I do a significant amount of cardio as well (4 miles 5 days per week). I lift anaerobically only 4 times per week right now- probably not even close to what I need to be doing anaerobically though). Certainly don't mean to appear lazy and irresponsible but point well taken. Thank you for the advice and I will hope to get more from other vets as to how someone would approach my situation from the ground up so to speak. Any more advice would be appreciated with gear as well as to how responsibly ask for feedback- again, just trying to be honest and greatly appreciate the help!

4 miles a day and lifting? You are not eating enough. 1500 calories is shit. Check out the nutrition forum and calculate your macros using the tdee forumla in the stickies
You cannot get away with a shitty diet at33. Its the simple truth. I would def get your diet on track, keep a log of what you are eating, start measuring everything

I thought it was low. I have no idea as to the protien/fat breakdown. I will start keeping track of that from this point on. I am trying to drink 96oz water per day. I am 5 feet 10 inches tall and have no idea as to what my body fat is. What do you recommend as to caloric intake and protien/fat intake daily. Not trying to gain mass; only trying to look shredded. I certainly understand it starts with diet. For future reference however, when I am at a point when I am controlled with diet and workout regimen, would you recommend Anavar ? what dosage, how long, PCT? also, does VAr come in injectible and pill form? what do you recommend? I understand the first pass effect with oral route. I am also understanding Vars half life to be around hours. Thanks again for the advice and help!

I would first work on your diet!!!! See the results and than think of var, you will be completely amazed of what a good cutting diet will do to you.... Also try changing the running for some HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) it helps more with the fat burning as well as doing the cardio fasted (first thing in the morning on empty stomach). Definitely go to the nutrition section and get some help there, stick to the diet and than AAS.

the higher your bf the more chance of side effect.
if your just getting back into this there is no reason to jump on steroids . You have a better chance of injury, especially getting older.
Anavar doesnt burn fat.
Get your diet fixed. You didnt put it on over night you will not loose it overnight also.If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

thanks again guys, enjoyed cross fit but moved cities and have not gotten in a groove yet or explored good cross fit gyms/programs. I will certainly look back into it. definitely felt great physically even after only doing it for 2 months before i moved. gonna continue to try and perfect my diet and hit the gym. just doing some preliminary homework before i jump into anything. i am certainly in no rush to hit a cycle. would love to in the near future but i certainly want to make sure i am commited and do my homework on what the right cycle would be for me when that time comes. also, not gonna ask any of you guys for a good source (understand that is bad etiquete) butn where would i even begin to look? how did you guys find a trusted source? i assume at the gym but how do you know it is legite? again, i apologize if any of these questions are inappropriate, I am obviously new to gear. You guys have been very helpful and responsive. I am sure you guys were once newbys and truly appreciated veterans helping you get started. thanks again!

as far as sources. We dont discuss sources on the open board. For trusting someone at your gym thats up to you. I would imagine you would get to know them before you asked them to hook you up. So if you think you can trust them go for it.
There are alot of sources online if you look. Again do research, look for reviews of themIf people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
