So eating more calories but better quality and losing 100 lbs was a coincidence? Been there done it 12% wasn't my leanest. It was what I walked around at year round. You bulking with cookies and ice cream probably gets you well beyond that or you are a genetic anomaly. If you can eat crap and stay lean and maintain that size you have no clue what most of us sacrifice to achieve our goals. Id watch the name calling. First it's against the rules and you will get banned AGAIN. Second when you get some hair on your ass (meaning grow the **** up) and your metabolism slows you'll learn you really aren't cut out for this lifestyle.

Irony defined, I was just over at anabolic minds. One of the latest articles is 20 dumbest things every said pertaining to bodybuilding. #4 is a calorie is a calorie.

Listen to some random guy who claims to be the guy in the pics, or an IFBB pro that lives the life. Everyone know what this guy is saying is crap. It would be great of we could all eat cookies and ice cream and look like Jay Cutler but it doesn't work that way.

It's cool because I'm not gonna post here anymore. This board is filled with members who think they know everything and are unwilling to have an intelligent debate. You can look through my post history and see that I'm not a troll and I actually give legit advice where I can. When confronted with opposing views, everyone here just says "that's just the way it is". Well if you're not willing to consider new information when they're presented to you, then expect to get left behind.

look at the thread I made asking for critique on my planned cycle. You got some douche with branch warren's pic as his avi saying "nope...you need to get to 200 pounds before you think about cycling". I posted credible evidence from people who have Phds in this field saying that is close to my genetic limit at my height. And he comes back with...."i was 200 pounds lean before I started cycling". Really dude? That's all you're gonna bring to the table? He can't even explain the reasoning to get to that weight before cycling.

This forum is losing a quality member, because I bring opposing view points to the status quo and willing to back up what I say with credible sources. The arrogance of the members here is going to kill this forum.

LoL @ the above saying "this is how the pros do it". How the hell do you know what they do? Do you follow them around day and night and see what they put in their mouths? If you were making a living in bodybuilding, then you'd say/do whatever your sponsors want you to say/do.

u been lifting for 6 years and ur only 5 foot 9 and 165 lbs? U SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR SELF. some may say im being to mean but its for your own good. if your weight is the same for years now, then u aint eating enough. u should atleast be able to bulk to 180s with some fat gain. u dont know how to eat. and u proboably dont know how to train. but u should really be ashamed for urself. 5 foot 9 and 165lbs is pathetic and demotivating for some people if u been lifting for 6 years. u dont know how to eat or train. and u will shrink down after ur cycle if u cant gain mroe than 165lbs natty. then after ur cylce u will shrink back to ur old self. maybe even worst.

Actually thats pretty common, I was the same way. It was a combination of not knowing how to eat/diet and poor training or over training. If I know then what I know know I would have been HUGE and 100% natural. I was 100% natural at that weight/height but I should have (and the OP should be) a lot bigger. 99% percent of people in the gym dont know how to train or eat and that is 90% of the battle.

Get those 2 things right and you can easily reach 195 lbs and 10% body fat. It will take you a couple of years but then you will know what you are doing and be a lot closer to being ready for aas and you will have 10x the gains you would now.

All that being said the proposed cycle SUCKS and is lousy/bad idea for a 1st cycle, maybe #4 or 5
Also as I and many try to educate newbies here, MORE is not better especially at first.

    K. In closing read up on insulin sensitivity so the next board you haunt doesn't end getting bad advise such as a calorie is a calorie.

Just because you are a hard gainer and can get away with a crap diet doesn't mean others can. When I was 12 I could eat a whole box of captain crunch cereal everyday and never gain an ounce...

Then I grew up. And it only gets worse as you get older.
