    one shot or two?

    Been reading on the wwwdot about a lot of people opting to pin their test dose weekly rather than split itinto two shots.

    Does it make any difference? Whats best?

    Two shots a week for long esters & eod if not ed for short esters is best to maintain healthy / controlled blood serum levels.

    I prefer more frequent injections like the ones mentioned above.

    Although i agree with the sage advice from my wise associates above me, there is no perfect answer.

    I pin my test c and e 1x a week and that works fine for me. I was doing semi weekly, but honestly cannot tell any difference, so just went to 1x a week

    Yes, i've been reading that there won't br much of a difference. Is there an element of broscience to it all perhaps.

    It woukd obviously be a lot morr convenient to only have to pin the once per week on test.

    It isnt broscience at all

    Where you read it? the levels are far more stable for 2x's a week pin

    dan, you are absolutely right about levels being much more stable with semi weekly vs. weekly.

    my point, if any value at all, is that I personally didn't notice any difference in gains or how it made me feel, so I decided to only pin on saturday mornings.

    others may be more sensitive to it than me, so a semi weekly pinning schedule may make more sense to them.

    I'm taking test prop for my first cycle and I do it eod I try to pin in different places cause if I don't i be in pain for a whole week.

    Sorry I was answering the post above me not trying to slam you lol, I agree you may not feel a difference in gains etc, but for people like myself there is benefit with regard to sides seeming to be more manageable, bloat and acne being the two main culprits for me and mabey I'm a bit strange but pinning dosnt bother me at all so for me its a no brainer but hey each to their own I guess........

    I feel the same as TR. And pinning once a week for the rest of my life is a lot of pins.

    According to my TRT doc blood levels peak roughly 48 hours after a long ester shot such as test e or c. So in my own version of broscience I pin 2 days before my twice a week bench workouts. That's the lift I'm concentrating on right now. Does it make a difference? I don't know but to me I'm doing what makes sense. Broscience sense that is!!
