test + winny first cycle
hey guys im looking to do a cycle of test and winny,
did research on this, and now looking to get advice
from knowledgable/experienced users. Im 5'7 and weigh
170 with 10-11% percent bf, i workout 5 days a week
while doin cardio everyday, mostly hiit. Whats the best
way to go about this cycle? and what test should i use i was thinking
test e is good for first timers. I was thinking running test e
2-3 times a week for 10 weeks then hit the winny during week 6-10 at 30mg a day.
than nolba/clomid for pct. suggestions,comments,advice?

Test only is the best First timer cycle. 2 shot per week for 12 weeks. 400-500 mg per week split in 1/2. This is a basic noob starter cycle. Nolva and clomid for pct 2 weeks after last shot and use an AI while on cycle to combat estrogen sides.
But please READ alot more.

pick up as much info as possible before i try my first cycle.

If it's your first cycle, it is best to start with Prop. and see how you react to it. It has a
short half-life, therefore if you don't react well to the test. you can flush it out of your system quicker.
If you DO happen to like it, you can continue using prop. or switch to enanthate .
Winstrol is very rough on the liver and I highly recommend using it properly while monitoring your liver function and lipid profile.
It seems like to me you are trying to cut up, I would switch the Winstrol out for Anavar .

Yeah im trying to lose some body fat and harden up.
Im.already dieting have 10% bf i want to drop to
7-8%. But i read its not a good idea to take winstrol without
test. So im trying to get as much info on this first

I would just run the prop on it's own m8, if you feel you are ready just run a prop only cycle, doing tests before and after and enjoy ( : lots of PCT available for beginner cycles so find one that suits your body specs and age and go for it ( : prop only will give you good results first time m8 trust me

OP you seem to have a decent grasp of this already, or at least alot more then most who come on here looking for first cycle advise so you have clearly done a little research, just a little more is needed and you should be g2g
Have a look into armidex and/or aromasin , they are both aromatase inhibitors (a.i.) they regulate estrogen on cycle and are essential to prevent various side effects, gyno, erectile dysfunction, excessive water retention, decrease in strength and energy are some of the main ones, this is essential to use on cycle
Your compounds for pct are correct, do you have any proposal for dosages?
HCG is also a good addition to use during your cycle, it prevents testicular atrophy/dysfunction which in turn makes recovery alot easier and in turn this gives the potential to keep more of your gains post PCT, so while this is not essential it is a worthwhile addition

Training for 3 years seriously, but 5yrs altogether. I eat
6 meals a day. Including foods such as eggs,whole wheat bread,
Veggies,fruit,lean meats,seafood,skim milk with whole grain cereal.
I have quality muscle already just looking to harden up,

Dan. Keep in mind that this advise cam from an 18 who weighs in at 160 lbs with 4-5 cycles under his belt and he's on tren as we speak.

You do realise that it dropping bodyfat is influenced more by the macros of your diet then the AAS being used
Do you know what your daily macro intake is? i.e. protein,carbs,fats,calories consumed on a daily basis?

Dan b , i was going to run test e 250mg every 2-3 days for 10-12 weeks
but was informed to use a test base that is quicker to get out

This is personal preference, mainly down to the question of do you feel comfortable pinning EOD on your first cycle? most people do not and in this case then there is no reason not to run a longer ester as it will allow you to pin 2x's a week
If it was your first run with tren then yes I would always advise use of the short estered varient incase you cant handle the sides and need to drop it, but with testosterone the sides are easily controlled and I personally dont know anybody who needed to drop it mid cycle
So to sum it up, its personal preference

my protein intake is around 150grams a day, 1400 calories a day because im trying to cut. and
not to sure about my carb intake or fats.

Ok well your protein and cals are way too low, and I reckon you are losing LBM, if you cycle with this diet you will achieve very little
I suggest you post your current diet in the nutrition section, there is some very knowledgeable members in that section who will help you improve it and you will be amazed at the results that something as simple as this will have

alright will do, i usually intake 2400 cals while bulking so i cut them down by 1000 to cut,
guess thats not a good idea ill put up a post in nutrition
