1st Cycle! 10 weeks Test Ethanate! Please give advice!
Im running a 10 week cycle of Testosterone Ethanate at 500mg a week. 125mg EOD: mon, wed, fri, sun, tues, thur, sat and so on. I am 22, 5'9, 165 and am really pumped about this first cycle. I think I am going to take armidex starting in week 3 or 4 and run it through the remainder of the cycle. I heard this will be pretty much all I need. Especially because I am taking the 125mg doseage EOD instead of 250mg on say mon and thur. My meals go pretty much as follows:
7:30 4 eggs, 3 egg whites, 1/2 cup oats, 1/4 cup blueberries
10:00 9oz chicken, salad, 1/2 cup almonds
12:30 10oz tuna, 1/2 cup rice
3:00 50g protein shake , handful of almonds
5:30 protein bar
7:30 Post shake
8:30 8 oz lean red meat, potato, 1/4 cup blueberries
10:00 1/2 cup of yogurt, maybe light whey isolate before bed.
I usually get this in. if not it might be a little less.
Workouts are intense. I have been lifting hard for a year and am good shape. My days are split as this
Monday-Chest
Tuesday- Quads
Wednesday- Back and Hams
Thursday off/or calves and abs
Friday-Shoulders
Saturday-Arms
Sunday-Off
I also am doing 15 min on the treadmill at a 9 incline at 3.0 mph after every workout.
I really would like to get to 175 at least +10 lbs by the end of this 10 week cycle. What do yall think?

Why wouldn't you just do 250mg twice a week?
If you're going to pin EOD you might as well have gotten Test Prop.

Hey guys, thanks for the feedback. Johnnyblaze, when I say 1 year, I mean I have been going insane at it for one year. I have been lifting and in shape my entire life. I just didnt want a misconception that I just started physical activity at 21 lol. And for the last post, I was recommended by someone to do 125 EOD insteadt of 250 on mon thur because I could possibly stay away from side effects more with lower doseage spread out. You think 250 at 2x a week would be better??!

The point of a long ester is less injections. You might as well just run prop if you want to pin eod.
At 22 your a little young, and you are a little light for what you say you eat everyday to be starting aas.
But if your gonna do it, I suggest you spend a couple hours reading. You could learn a lot

But you pose a good potential threat to ruining your natural test production at that age. Side effects will not be immediate but down the road you could end up ok trt.

Thanks man. I know 22 is definitely on the too early side. I know 25 would be more ideal. And this going to be my new diet, my old one had some of that cut out. Any tips on what and where to read more? I have been reading so much lately and get so many mixed reviews. And I really want to try this out for 10 weeks even though I am a little young. I have 3 friends that are 22 and 2 23 year olds and they have ran cycles on and off for the past 2 years and haven't had any real sides. Ill just try this one and see how it goes. Any diet and training info would be helpful as well!! Thanks!

I gave my AAS advice in your intro thread. The only thing EOD injections with blends may do is keep your blood levels more stable vs. single esters administered twice a week. I ran a study on this in 10' on BBD for myself I was curious as well. Dedicating a couple more years of real serious training should be in consideration. As far as your diet, still stand by upping your fat and carb intake. Also, you have 3 shakes in there. I always advocate getting at least 80% of your total macro intake from whole foods. Do some substitution there on at least 2 of them. Cut out the protein bar. In regards to training, if you're doing a conventional split I would revise it to this with a focus on compound movements with 2-3 accessory movements to compliment.

Back/Traps/Triceps

Son are mentally challenged? " My friends have done it and they are fine". What about 5-10-15 yrs from now? "I know 22 is on the young side". " I'll just try this one and see" Have you ever had sex. Never mind I know the answer. If you had you would want to have it for ever. But go ahead and run the risk of having to take a pill to get it up. Do you guys draw straws to see who's going to post the same thing everyday? Use your head son.

Thanks Hawaiian, and Cape, I really dont understand why you insinuate things about my sex life. You dont know me from Adam. I appreciate all the advice. In regards to sex drive and everything, isn't there certain pct's and things to take to help with that kind of thing. Thanks.

And Hawaiian, I appreciate you giving me constructive criticism and information instead of just trying to be an a-hole. Ill listen to people that have tons of knowledge on this and probably take most of the advice. If I do decide to go down this route of this cycle, would arimidex be good to run from week 3 through the rest of the cycle? And which PCT would you suggest for after? Nolvadex or Clomid?
