    250mg test not enough?

    howdy
    so myself and 2 friends are planning our first cycle to start together all age 26-27 and have been lifting together for around 4 years now
    problem is as its our first cycle there kinda worried about sides
    question is would a 10 week cycle of 250mg test e once a week be enough to see any gains?
    id prefer to do more but they only want to do that much for our first cycle
    have liquidex ai nolva and clomid all on hand

    thanks for the reply but ive already read all the stuff on this site and other been reading up on it for months
    id much rather do more then 250 but my friends dont want to for our first cyc
    just wondering if there is any point in doing 250 or just wasting our time?

    250 is enough for moderate gains. 300-400 would be better.

    I personally wouldn't shut myself down for 250mg.400mg p/w would be a better place to start for a first cycle for good moderate gains and to learn how your body reacts to synthetic test..

    My first cycle was 250mg test every 6 days. I saw great gains. I also ate a lot and lifted heavy as hell. Nothing like that first cycle

    Do your friends also control how you're going to lift and eat as well? Don't do steroids if other people are going to control how you do them. It's a major decision and it is a decision only you can make.

    I agree 400 would be more worth your effort. But of greater concern is who is actually in control of your cycle. Is it you or your friends? You must take control and make your own decisions.

    I plan on running 500 first cycle, I've read a lot about first cycle being best and to take advantage of it, very cautiously that is.

    I agree. Take what ever dose you want to. Take an ai and have proper pct. Dont worry about them

    Its usually the "best" because you are smaller
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    Back when I 1st started thats what my cycles were. 250mg every 5-7 days and I made nice gains.
    My training and nutrition were very crucial to that success though.
