Female friend on anavar - Extremely loose skin, need advice.

My female friend has been working out and dieting for about 6 months, she's in very good shape. she asked me to try anavar for 10mg/day for 10 weeks in order to build a little more muscle mass, to which i accepted to help her with her cycle.

So far she's been happy with the muscle gains and beside a few pimples she didn't get any side effect, but it seems like her skin is now extremely loose, like an aged women's skin would be. it doesnt really show on her body but if you touch her, you can feel her skin is very lose, especially on the arms.

I speculated this might be due to the anavar's drying properties...her muscle mass might have lost a lot of water and compacted itself, leaving her skin extremlely loose. I told her her skin would tighten over time as it would adapt to her new compact muscle mass.

She's very worried about her skin. What can she do?

Well, Anavar (being a DHT derivative) lowers and antagonizes estrogen.
Her skin seems loose because:
A) she is loosing fat.
B) her estrogen levels are lower, so she is retaining less water.
C) her skin is drying and losing elasticity, since estrogen is good for your skin, and she now has less of it.

If she doesn't like it, she can come off the Var and get fatter.

Its nothing to worry about - my gf took it as well last year - same thing happened, and its mostly because of the fat loss. There are plenty of ways to fix that up...without pills

After my weight loss - I had about 4 inches of EMPTY loose skin...and after 9 months - its down about 70%. Just eat alot of foods that have high water content - like cucumbers, .... and also stay Hydrated. - its gonna take time but the skin gets tight

Thanks guys this is what i believed. But it is complexing her and she doesn't really like the idea of waiting months for her skin to tighten, she feels that anavar is almost counterproductive because that lose skin is ruining her shape (according to her). For example she mentionned her ass and tighs, which used to be very solid, are now soft.

I've told her to stop the anavar for a few weeks just to see if her her skin goes back to what it used to be, we will pursue the cycle after that.

If she wants to stay on the steroid 's path, would you recommend primo instead of anavar?

I believe she does want to have some men-like muscularity of some sort.

Anavar and primo are quite mild on the androgenic side, tough.

op- she has less estrogen from var and an ai will make this worse not better.

I would tell her to be patient. She sounds like another person who thought a pill was a miracle drug. for her goals and being a woman, var is the best thing. tell her to get her butt in gear and you will look great in months to come.
