Possibly too small of dose?
Hey guys,
So I am getting everything I need and trying to get all my questions answered before I started my first cycle sometime early next month if all goes well.
My question is that I ordered 25ml of Test-E and it says 250mg/ml and reading some more it states the effective dose is 500-1500mg a week. I planned on only pinning 1ml a week for my first cycle. I have a hard time thinking it is not going to work if I am not using 500mg a week. Am I wrong with this assumption?
My second question is if I can get away with only using 250mg a week (1ml) would it be best to pin once a week or 2 pins with .5ml twice a week?
The only real reason for only doing 1ml a week is I am just kind of nervous I guess. I need to get over it I guess if I am going to be pinning. I am a small guy 5'7 152lb 10% BF so I figure 1ml would do the trick. Before I get jumped for being too small and need to get some weight on me. I started at 120lbs and have been in the gym 5-6 times a week for the past two years. I got up to 165lb and cut down. My caloric intake has been down due to summer being here and me having my shirt off often. As of this week I am structuring a diet plan to get me in the 3800-4200 calorie range prior to starting my cycle. I have "hashimoto" which is a thyroid disease that makes it difficult to gain weight which is why I am hoping that doing a low dose cycle will assist in my goal to get bigger then I currently am. I am not against using 2ml a week I just want to be able to maintain what I put on and being a "monster" is not my end goal.

Yes you will so some results off of 250mg a week. If you are concerned do more but not jump all the way up to 500mg a week. Do 300 or 400mg a week.
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

As a first cycle, you should see some good results at 300mg/wk to 400mg/wk. Just take half the dose twice a week.

With that being said would doing 300-400mg a week would a 10 or 12 week cycle of test only be more beneficial?

These are your stats. You need to learn how to eat to grow. And you have not put near enough time in the gym to start a cycle. At this point you will spend time and money to not be able to keep your gains. You need to hold off. You don't have a base to start. Please list everything you ate yesterday.Let's get some size on you with food first. Please trust me.

no offense taken, I knew someone would jump me for being small. I have not got my "bulking" diet in line yet and will not start my cycle until I do. I have been working on getting my stomach back to used to eating food as I have been cutting the past month in a half.
I understand I am smaller then most of you guys and I am not saying I am any exception to any of you. Putting weight on is damn near impossible with me as stated I have put on 30lbs over the last 2 years that like a LB a month and that is eating a lot of food.

You could put on about 20 more pounds all natural. It takes time you only been doing it for 18 month's.

300 mg/wk for a first cycle seems to be a great dose. This is what I will be doing my 1st cycle. But as others have said, you got another 20 lbs to go before thinking about any AAS

1 scoop gold standard whey-8 ounce whole milk
4 crispy chicken sandwiches from wendys (i know I know!)
pasta with red sauce (no meat)
1 scoop gold standard whey- 8 ounces of milk
personal pizza
PBJ sandwich on whole wheat
bowl of cherrios(sp)-whole milk
1 scoop gold standard whey-8 ounce whole milk
Did not have much meat at all yesterday but usually I have meat in at least 2 meals a day, By no means is my diet in tune which is why I am figuring out what is going to work with me being on the road all day and make sure all of it is dialed in before I start pinning.
