Beginner test/pct cycle

Ok so I've been reading up on a lot of stuff here crazy how much stuff you can learn here again im 26 turning 27 in august 5,8 at 166 pounds with 20% bf ive been training for 2 years and will be on a diet that consist of 2960 calories and well Ive pretty much made up my mind to run my first AAS cycle using test c. So u already got 2 bottles 10ml and going to order some pct from a sponsor on here so basically some one gave me this cycle:

Week 1-14: Test 500mg a week

Week 1-14: Armidex 0.25mg EOD and HCG 500iu EW

Week 15-16: HCG 500iu ED

Week 16-18: Nolvadex 20/20/20/20 and Clomid 50/50/50/50

I'm a beginner and don't understand the terms like (iu) I've read a lot of forums and I understand the function of a post cycle treatment must admit before I didint think it was important,, I know I know lol,, so my ? Is after searching different forums different views I want to know do I have to have HCG and can I have a clean cycle with everything I have for my cycle except that I know it can keep you testes normal size and read that u keep your gains and recover faster but can I get a good cycle good gains good recovery with out it? Also can you guys explain the term (50/50/50/50) I want to know this format I still haven't started just wanna make sure I got pct down. Thanks guys

IU is International Units, just like MG, with different mass.

20% BF is a tad high. Maybe drop to 15 or less naturally. Once there, you can take it down to 12 weeks of test E. clomid 100/50/50/50 and novla 40/20/20/20 (each number represents a week at that dose, so 4 weeks of each)

Run HCG during cycle.

HCG is used to prevent testicular atrophy. That doesnt look like 20% BF. Don't hang upside down. not good for you.

Hi austine sorry for the late post but can you maybe help me out on how to dose ar-r products like liquid clomi and tamox like from the syringe that it comes with I have the dosages amount just a bit confused on how to read it on a syringe dropper

I thought the iu was for hcg
