Help with prep for a photoshoot (training, not about diet)

Hey guys a few quick questions, I have a photoshoot in 5days and would like some help!

With training, should I train as normal all the way up to the shoot, including the day of the shoot (shoot is in the afternoon)
Can anyone help me with suggestions to get a good pump just before the shoot? Curls, pushups? Etc

And what Are your thoughts on cutting water, if the shoots in the afternoon, what should I do the night before and during the day of the shoot,
    Your help is much appreciated!

I usually go into a shoot with a similar mindset as going into a show, although asking this 5 days out is a little too soon. I would have carb depleted and done a full circuit routine 2 days prior to the shoot, then started my carb up. And I would have slowly lowered sodium the final 2 days, and cut my water intake in 1/2 or in 1/3 the day prior, cutting all water out in the evening (aside from sips). Maybe some dandelion root and xpel for 3-4 days leading up to it as well for good measure. That's just me, though.

Alright, awesome. I'd stay low/no carbs up until 2 days out. Two days out I would do a circuit training workout to fully deplete yourself of glycogen. After this workout I would start your carb up. For me personally two days out I typically throw in 300-400g carbs mostly coming from sweet potatoes. Then the day before I'd see how you're looking fullness/flatness wise and choose the amount of carbs to use based off of that. Typically the day before i will go up to 500g carbs or so. I have to stress that everyone is different though, and by no means am i saying what works well for me will work well for you. There are some great articles out there with various suggestions for pre contest/photoshoot protocals. Some day to keep everything pretty much the same leading into it (assuming you're looking on point). Etc. As far as diuretics or the likes go, it would depend on what you're running for anabolics and how much water you're holding.
