Gyno with E2 in check?!

I had BW run last week on the day I was due a sq pin of 50mg test cyp. Pinning 50mg test cyp sq 2x/wk, 250iu hcg 2x/wk.

E2 has been fine since I started TRT...have not used an AI.

I ran bw because I definitely have gyno coming on...lumps under both nips, tender to touch, some itch, etc.

E2 is good...so why the gyno?!

Can prolactin be high while estrogen is good?

have you read this chapter regarding gyno? lots of causes listed, not just high estro. have a look through and see if any of the other causes apply to you.

I did read that. I will get prolactin numbers back later this week.

I have read posts stating that gyno can be treated with an AI whether it is from prolactin or high E2. I'm concerned that an AI will crash my E2, though, as it's already at 21 (3-70 range) without an AI.

I'll post up the prolactin number later this week.

Prolactin is back. 11 on a 4-15 range.
Estrogen is 21 on a 3-70 range.
Bodyfat is sub 15%.

What would the best approach to quashing my oncoming gyno be? I suspect any AI would crash E.
