    A little advice please

    Hi

    I am 55 5ft 10in and 80kg. Been taking HGH for about 6 weeks and noticing reduction in BF. Any suggestions to complement the HGH. I am not wanting to bulk muscle, just lean muscle, toned. I currently workout in the gym 3 - 4 days per week. Run 15k or Bike 50k everyday day and swim most days. Need more energy and more sexual desire I guess. If you need more info please ask, and suggestions please.

    Run a simple test run. Test e for 12wks. Hows your diet? Bf%?

    You need testosterone , plain and simple. A basic TRT program would more than likely change your life and it should be extremely easy to get in your case. It would take care of the energy and sexual desire you spoke of. As for not wanting to bulk, it's not going to blow you up....growth is dependent on food more so than anything else and with all that cardio you're doing you shouldn't have any worries.

    Cant help you with sexual desire, but give it some time, hgh can take some time for its full effect to kick in. AAS would potentiate HGH. How many IU's a day. IS it pharm grade GH?
