First Cycle- Looking For Finishing Touches

going to be my first cycle and i think ive gotten it pretty close to right but would like some advice to make it spot on

Week 1-12: Test E, 300/wk (I have been told to run 500 but my first cycle and others say 300 is plenty )
Week 1-12: Exemestane 25mg EOD (researched it and its 85% estrogen suppression so hopefully just as effective as arimidex or aromasin )

PCT - starts 2 weeks after last injection
Nolva: 40/20/20/20

I read up on clomid and seems to bring too many side effects, and the nolva is stronger so i was going to just run it alone

if ive got anything wrong ill gladly take advice

What are your stats? Height, weight, BF%, and goals? If all is kosher there take the test to 500 and pin 250 twice a week. I'd run arimidex at 0.25-0.50 mg eod and look into running HCG on cycle right up to the first day of PCT.

6 ft 160 so im reallly looking to bulk a lot but still stay toned and cut. And you recommend the arimidex instead of the Stane of the Ar-r banner? And the HCG with the arimidex to keep my nuts from shrinking right?

What about age? You could use their liquidex. Just my preference. The HCG allows for quicker recovery as well as testicular atrophy. The arimidex is an aromatase inhibitor that blocks the aromatase enzyme. This helps with the prevention of gyno and other estrogen related sides that also includes water retention. At your height though a proper diet could give you lean gains and get you into the 190-210lb range while still being about 10-15% bf

run 500mg test e per week split into 2 shots!! run arimidex as an ai at .25 eod and adjust if needed. not letro as its more powerfull there for side affects are greater- only run letro if needed (THATS IF YOUR SHOWING SIDES OF GYNO in its early stages) run hcg up untill the end of cycle. and i only see nolva in your pct?? you must run clomid aswell. nolva 40/40/20/20 clomid 50/50/40/40 its a rap bro !!! good luck
