Still sorting out how to pin properly I am getting less muscle sorenes following day.
not seeing any body changes yet. I do feel that my work outs are going smoother.
what can I expect in the weeks to follow ? 2weeks in 8 to go. 1ML. TWICE A WEEK. thanks

Personally I dont feel anything big until weeks 3-4. Strenght went up on week 2. Make sure you pin at least every 3days.

Im on my first sust cycle and the strength gains came in about wk3 and the size came about wk5. Im into my 7th wk and still getting stronger and bigger. I would suggest an AI, if u dont already have one. Just to be safe. Good luck bro

you are running 1 ml a week? ill be surprised if you get much out of that personally. Im running sustanon 300 and equipoise 250 2x week at 1ml and i just started adding in 1ml of prop 2x week also. I didnt notice anything until week 4, at week 2-3 i noticed my nads started to shrink. Ive added quite a bit of muscle (37 lbs) im 4 months into my cycle, you said you are doing an 8 week cycle, that is the SHORTEST a cycle should be, most ppl do 12-16 weeks im going well beyond that to 9 months. You will see some good results but i think you should make your cycle longer.
