how much HCG to run on first cycle

hi guys,

starting my first cycle next week, 12 weeks of 400mg test e and 6 weeks of 30mg dianabol . Just been reading about HCGs and wondering how i should incorporate that into my cycle or pct?

How much, how often and how do i get it?

My pct will consist of
40/40/20/20 Nolva
100/100/50/50 Clomid

unless a hcg would change this??

Hcg will not change it. I could be wrong but I think the hcg is typically run at 250 iu twice a week. So that's 500 per week. Pin it with your test that way it's harder to forget
