Are shorter 8-10 week cycles of test gaining popularity?
I feel it's time we have a thread on this and have the vets chime in with their actual cycle experiences.
The more people I talk to, my personal friend included who has done 8 cycles in his lifetime, I find out that a majority of gains achieved, happen in less than 10 weeks and closer to 8 weeks. I just had a conversation with my buddy, and he thinks the gains that he experiences beyond week 10 are so minimal, that it's not worth running any longer.
So is this a good formula? Going with the the idea of "it's not what you gain, it's what you keep".
Shorter cycles=less sides=faster recovery when off=holding on to more gains?Last edited by Judah; 07-31-2012 at 05:57 PM.
