Is HCG Legal?

I keep hearing about it on tv and radio. I was wondering if there was a legalway of obtaining itlike through AR? I dont know anything about the stuff asfar asbeing able to obtain itor if it is even legal. Just to be clear, I am not fishing, as I really dontknow. Walmart had HcG drops, but I ampretty sure that isntthe real deal.

It is not regulated at the federal level, but instead each state has its own laws about dispensing it and how it is classified.
Some states do not regulate it at all......others have classified it as a Level III Controlled Substance.

my bad! ive seen a few people on here that were like "yeah its not technically illegal, i buy it from a site no problem. ill send you the link" not newbies either. but i didnt think that was really asking for a source

The stuff otc in the stores are supplements not real hcg

i never seen anyplace in the US that you can buy it with out a script.

Yes you can get it online from over sea's sites

Not regulated federally as within the US. I can't speak to the international laws. I wouldn't recommend it personally.

Those drops you hear about are not real HCG .
The stuff on the radio /TV same thing..NOT real HCG.

I figured they werent the real deal, dang it. Iheard it again on the radio and called. Only reason was that it was offered as a free trial, so I figured Id call. I was suprised that it was an actual person to answer the phone and he went into long details of the call being monitored and anything said would be recorded. I just hung up.

Injectable HCG is not available in stores. As far as legallity its kinda like spitting on the sidewalk...may not be legal but you don't see a lot of guys in the pen for it LOL
