Anyone know how to lower heart rate? Clen

Hey guys. I have been contemplating ordering some clen but a buddy had me try a bit today to make sure I didnt waste my money since of my blood pressure issues. Only took a small dose. 8 AM 30mcgs and 1 PM 30mcgs. I have had zero caffine or other stimulants today. The clen didnt give me jitters or even a "boost" like caffine. I never could even tell I had taken anything. My blood pressure is A ok, but my heart rate is 120-122 and steady. I took 15mgs cialis to hopefully counter it, but was wondering if there was anything else I could do to speed up the process other than wait. I am not paniking yet or anything. Just trying to be safe and I now know clen is not for me. Thanks inadvance and any help would be apprieciated.

Your not going to like this answer but you will if you try and stay consistent.

Start by meditating 15 minutes a day, then work yourself up to at least 30 min a day. Go to Iso tones.com to help further the process if your having trouble adapting to meditation.

    Good luck.

    Beta blockers.
    Vagal maneuver.

But what did you expect to happen? The whole purpose of taking clen is to increase your HR. And cialis isn't going to lower your heart rate, only your BP (as it is a vasodilator).

I had no idea Bonaparte. I thought it would be more like a stimulant like ephederine or adderal. I never got a stimulating effect with it and it hasnt "wired" me or anything. Just sped up the heart. It is still pounding. I took my Losartin, which is blood pressure, but its still up even now after 12 hours. I am definitelynot going to use the clen . I am glad I did it first before I bought it, but I dont like the feeling of feeling my heart isabout to explode. I tried it, and now Im done with it. Could be a combination with the Var as well.

Thats the point with clen . Raise body temp and heart rate.

Before putting things in your body, YOU SHOULD KNOW WHAT IT IS AND WHAT ITS GOING TO DO TO YOU.

See,I was going by certain peoples advicethat it was a midline between ephederine and adderal. Both of which I can take with no problems. So many people usingclen, Ithought Id at least test a low dose. Like I said, I am not wired and could fall asleep rightnow. I just dont know the long term on the heartrate being so high. It cant be good for me.

there is a way to lower your heart rate on the fly. It is a form of meditation I learned years ago that definately works.

First, you have to sync your breathing to your heart rate. In a quiet place, like a recliner or a bed, begin by counting your heart rate. after about 20 seconds or so, mostly after you have fixated your consciousness on your heart rate, then inhale for four heartbeats, hold your breath for four heartbeats, exhale for four heartbeats, and then hold for four heartbeats. Continue doing this for several minutes.

Next, after you are totally aware of this rhythem, you can start to slow "things" down. While breathing is still sync'ed to your heart rate, begin to "push" the lengths of the counts gradually. If you are hooked up to a machine that beeps (very quietly) this may help, but not necessary. This will take some practice, and once you begin to get the hang of it, you can really slow "things" down by increasing your count from 4 to 6. Then to 8. Then to 10.

The bigger the number, you will find with practice, you will find your pulse rate dropping.

Again, i've been doing this for years, and using this method, I've been able to hold my breath for many minutes. And without much effort. But it takes several minutes of getting ready before I can do this.

The quieter the room and with fewer distractions, the better this will work.

If you are successful with this technique, then congratulations! You know how to meditate, although there are many ways to meditate. Ultimately, you will learn to clear your mind, and when you can do this, and truely know how to block random thoughts, which is not as easy as it souunds, you will be able to do other things you didn't think possible. when you get real good, you won't need the breathing technique to clear your mind. This is about as far as i've ever been able to get. I've taken a few meditation classes (yes they have them) but don't practice very often. Maybe i should...

Whoever told you that is an idiot.
It's nothing like those, as they are CNS stimulants which actually cross the blood-brain barrier and have a strong effect on the brain. Clen and albuterol have little to no effect on your brain, but mainly target Beta 2 receptors (responsible for bronchiodilation) and Beta 1 as a side effect (vasoconstriction and increased heart rate and lipolysis). I hate the stuff.

Thanks alot guys! I tried the meditation, I hope it will work for me one day. And Bonaparte, yeah, they were an idiot. I think they were making a case for something to compare it too, which naturally they used 2 compounds I am familiar with.
