HCG injection pain and muscle spasms
I have injected HCG mixed with Bact. water before and little to no pain, but this time around its very painful.
I mixed 10ml of "Sterile Water for Injection" with 5000iu Pregnyl Darou Pakhsh brand. I keep it in the fridge and I let the dose warm up before injection. I am injecting .5mL bi-weekly.
I first tried in in my delts, but when I plunge i get a sharp pain and my muscle begins to spasm and pain slowly went away after 5 min. I then tried subQ half inch from belly button and it felt like a hot knife in that area for 1 minute. Then I went in my quad, which helped alittle, but this last shot was the worse, my whole vastus lateralis started spasming for 2 minutes and was alittle sore for 15 minutes.
Any thoughts? possibly the water? I have never tried this brand of HCG.

No pain when I penetrate (29g), its half second after solution enters muscle, the entire injection, and slowly goes away after 5min. Alittle soreness for 10-15min.

Is this home brewed bac water? If it is the benzyl alcohol content sounds like its too high

Sterile Water for Injection is not necessarily Bac-Water unless it says there's 0.9% BA in it.
I've always felt a "sting" from Sterile Water (no BA) anyway.
And, sounds like you hit a nerve in your quad. No harm done, just hurts!

^agree. nerve. wouldn't hurt to add sum BA to it. don't worry about going into the muscle. it can be injected IM or Sub Q only difference is absorption rate/time. n the difference is small. thats is if ur more comfortable with IM its an option.

Hcg is to be injected into the fat under the skin and not in the muscle.

You can do it either way, I prefer subcutaneous but IM is also acceptable.
I would pin some of the water then if the water is not the problem dump the HCG as its probably pretty poor quality.
