Zits
So, I knew it was a strong possibility to have breakouts from the gear. But I was wondering why it has covered my entire back top to bottom and seems to stay there. The top side of my elbow area and forearms are pretty bad too. Why is it just my back that gets broke out. I mean, it is COVERED in tiny little zits. They will go away post cycle right? My face is extra oily by the time I wake up every day but my back seems normal. Anything that can help with the backne?

This is what I do to prevent breaking out and to keep it at bay while on cycle. I tan everyday for ten minutes at the gym and I use the body wash from CVS Pharmacy called Blade anti acne wash. I get the random zit but nothing major. Also use one of those scrubby things to remove current white heads and to also help with your skin. Oh and don't go using body lotions either as it will break you out more. At least it does for me.

I bought irish spring body wash with 2% salicylic acid. It was on sale at rite aid for 2 bucks a bottle - i bought 5. When i run deca i get these breakouts..not even normal zits. A wash with 2% salicylic acid is the only thing that helps. Also as tiger said i use one of those "srubby things" and also have one on a handle so i can get my back well. I get wet ...turn off showerhead.lather up and stand for a couple mins then rinse off. Works very well.

I had a bad time with acne on my first cycle. I expected maybe some slight acne, but what I got was a terrible case. They weren't like regular zits...they almost looked like folliculitis and i also got these huge boils on my lower back. It started about halfway through my cycle, but I continued to breakout for the next 3-4 months, even despite trying starting a pretty intense regimen for the acne. It has been 6 months since i finished PCT and although i have no new breakouts, i have some pretty noticeable hyperpigmentation that im hoping will go away. Luckily it was mostly my back. I have been told the discoloration can take up to a year or more to fade.
The treatments i started using were: 2-3 showers a day, lots of water, 10 g a day of vitamin b 5, salicylic acid body wash, and nizoral shampoo on the back. I was told that yeast can cause breakouts, so thats why i started with the nizoral.
I also used a lot of rubbing alcohol on cotton balls to try and dry out my skin and remove excess oil. I also began using antibiotics.
I've also heard tanning is a good preventative measure to dry out the skin and kill the bacteria that cause the acne.
