    Am I ready?

    29
    I'm 170 pounds
    13-14% bf
    5'9

    In the past I only did a short cycle of a blend consisting of test suspension/winny and Tren a. It was for a cutting. (awesome result)

    From being on here I now know I should of never touched the stuff. And luckily my dealer gave me some nolvadex . I would of never known to take it or even known what a pct was. (even then my dealer did not offer me any AI/HCG or clomid to go with my PCT)

    No sides whatsoever excluding night sweats.

    I'm grateful for this site, it made me learn about other AAS, OCT and PCT, AI/HCG and proper dosage ect..

    So my next cycle will be:
    1-12 week test E 2 2x250mg (Mon and Thu)
    1-4 dbol 40 mg
    1-14 Ai 0.25mg eod
    4-14 2x500 ui (mon and Thu)

    PCT week 15-18: Nolva and Chlomid: 40/40/20/20 and 100/50/50/50


    My question is really by my weight. I'm only 170pounds 5'9.

    Should I bulk a little more before jumping on the juice?

    I was going to take it to get bulky for my Trip to Mexico in January. But then I would have to worry about PCT and I'll be drinking.

    Any advice is appreciated!

    Yes bro your weight is on the low side.You can put on another 10-15lbs easy w/o aas.Hit the diet section post your diet w/macros they will help.

    The cycle and pct looks good. But yes, it would be best to get that diet down before aas. Shouldn't take you too long.

    You'd be amazed how much weight and muscle you can put on when you get your diet dialed in. It's almost like being on AAS. If you're eating 4000-5000 calories a day, and a gram of protein per pound of bodywieght, getting up to 185 should be easy. Then your cycle will produce much better results.

    lol 5000 calories at his height and weight.. He'd be at 20% bf inside of a month. 3500 or slightly less I'd say.

    True - for my height and weight 4000-5000 is what I need, but he probably could do with less. I actually don't mind having a little extra bodyfat when I'm bulking because it's very easy for me to shed it afterwards.

    Thanks everybody, I will try to add at least 10 to 15 pounds before, I'll go post my diet on the nutrition form.
