Test E water retention?
Im doing a 12 week cycle of test E(500mg/week)with the last 6 weeks winstrol (50mg/day).
I started exactly seven days ago and my weight jumped up 8 pounds. I havnt upped my calories ive just been eating at my maintenance and planning on doing so till the test kicks in. Is the 8 pounds all water retention like i assume?

Too young. Shutting down your natural production at your age is not a good thing. Concentrate on dieting and training. You can make great gains on those.

Yeah it's water retention from excess estrogen, look into running anastrozole or exemestane while on cycle. There's NO benefit to having E levels high enough to where you're retaining that much water.
