Once you're comfortable w/a good diet and training, and the bf comes down to 15% or below i also suggest a test only cycle. Research those first. You can make some really nice gains on that alone.

Just so you know, your buddy will tell you we are full of shit. I can't say he is because I don't know his experience, but throwing you on tren with no test was a bad move on his part, good luck.

OP if you haven't understood what everyone's tryna say maybe you will now.. Come back in3-4 months when you have 10-15% BF and once you have done your research on the compounds you plan on running and by research I don't mean ask your friend what's good.
