Morning cardio and anavar
i have a question i know i ask a lot here, but i am going to run 60mg anavar cycle for a cutting cycle, i have a bodybuilding contest in about 8 weeks, when i wake up i hit my protein-shake and vitamins and do 45 min of cardio i was wondering if i should take 20mg of anavar with my cardio shake or wait for breakfast?
i am splitting the dose for 3 20mg morning 20mg pre-workout 20mg before bed

this is not my first cycle and i am 20 i have done anavar before and was happy with it

18, 20, 21, 22... same thing. Yes, you may be happy with it. Not sure if you will say the same thing 7 to 10 years from now. I sure didn't. Be smart.

well i totally agree with you but i choose anavar of its mild effect and like i said before i have done it and people are pretty happy with the outcome the thing is that i was doing this natural for 2 years bulking/cutting etc then this summer i had to work on the sea, 12 hour work every day all summer with like 1-2 meals so i shrink like shit, when i came home everyone was like wtf happent to you, and i did became litle chubby and lost some muscle ofc := and thats why i bought anavar to cut down to 6-7% bodyfat without loosing any muscle and prop gaining like 1-2 lbs := YOLO

the only thing that i am doing this for is the cut i bulk naturally but the cut is hard because of the carb and protein ballance to maintain muscle and after my summer work is sure didint help shit

Anything and Everything you've done and will do prior to reaching growth limits will have no effect on whether or not you will suffer from cycling early.
Your diet is likely junk. Go post it in the nutrition forum and prove me wrong.
Doesn't sound like you're going to listen anyway, so that was my $.02 -- good luck.

diet example
Wakeup i take protein shake and vitamins
45 min cardio
Oats, with eggwhites and 1 scoop of proteinshake mixed in a pancake
greek yogurt for midsnack
Fish and brown rice for launch
protein shake and apple for pre workout
and also i am a quite small guy 65kg and 166cm if you are wondering about my height and aas, i have stopped growing i have a document confirming that i went in x-ray and blood tests
post workout shake x2 and dextrose and creatine
usually i have one extra meal before my last but it depens on school
fish/beef/chickne and brown rice
casein protein before bed

well i thank you for the support because i have 200 tablets of anavar i am going to finish the cycle i will be taking milk thistle and doing blood test every 2 week and then i am going to do the rest safe
