How to PCT?

I've got some Clomid and Nolva. So I run test e about 14 weeks 500 mg/week. How should I eat Clomid and Nolva? First Clomid and then Nolva perhaps?

I've run HCG almost at the beginning of my cycle and there's one shot left and then I gonna start Nolva abd Clomid. So there will be two weeks after my last test e shot.

2 wks after your last pin, take both nolva and clomid at the same time, at these doses:
nolva 40/40/20/20
clomid 100/50/50/50,
for 4wks.

stop your hcg 3days before you start pct.
