Muscles have been cramping up quite a bit lately
I've been on a cycle of Test for about 8 weeks now and I'm having a bit of a muscle cramping issue.
Usually in my calfs while I'm jogging which is making me cut my cardio short. (about 1/3rd mile into my workout)
I am aware of needing potassium so I've been eating a banana every day and this is not helping. Can anyone who has experienced this as well give me some tips?
Thanks

this is common, and your ability to control it is limited. there are things you can do to help mitigate these painful pumps, such as
potassium/magnesium
increasing fluid intake
sugar free tonic water (for the quinine - a known cramp preventer)
ultimately, this may not be enough to prevent the cramping, but worth trying
good luck

Cool, thanks for the advice. I think I'll try to increase my potassium/magnesium by getting some vitamins at the store.
The banana just isn't enough I guess.

As Times said the Tonic water is great and push the water you should be drinking at least a gallon a day, dry muscles cramp....

if you have access to coconut water it is far superior to bananas.
are you taking an AI? arimidex contributed to some finger/toe cramping for me.

^^^ I was going to ask about AI as well. Sometimes my E2 dips too low and I start to get a lot of general cramping.
