First cycle with diet need critic

I am new to the forum here and have learned a great deal. I have been lifting heavy alternating circuit training with weight training for over 2 yrs now. i have a strong background in weight training and the like as i have always played sports and been very active. Took some time away (like 5yrs) having children and so on.
So after the 2 yrs i had made big improvements losing weight and then adding it back without the use of steroids . I had now come to that plateau that no one likes, so i decided to take the plunge.

I have done my research as far as diet, the steroids i wanted and the pct needed. so here goes.

Maybe i should mention that i am on week 3 of using so i still have time to change diet or anything else that could be changed if need be.

My stats are 5'10 started cycle at 180lbs had cut down from 190lbs with a six week circuit workout as it seemed i needed to decrease BF% as much as possible before starting. I am currently 185lbs. Guessing BF to be 14-16%. Over estimating as one of those hand held thingamabobers said 12.7% and i realize this couldnt be true. I am trying to be realistic in terms of gaining. Would like to be around 195lbs after PCT. (that realistic?) I am looking for a slow gain of good quality strength as well as muscle.

My gear consists of Test Cyp 500mg week and EQ 600mg a week divided on mon and thur. planning a ten week cycle.
Also started A-dex .5mg Eod last week
PCT will be Clomid 100/50/50/50 and nolva 40/40/20/20

    DIET
Now i apologize for not having the numbers in front of me to post as i read what seemed like hundreds of posts in nutrition and broke down the macros of my diet but here is the jest of it.

4am 1 cliff builders bar 1 apple a serving of optimum nutrition gainer shake.
    5am gym
6am serving optimum nutrition protein shake
8am 6 boiled eggs (only 2 yolks) 1 cup oats mixed with serving of chiobani greek yogurt
1030am 8oz chicken 2 cups veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, yellow squash, zucchini, and carrots...Steamed)
1200am cup grapefruit and serving of greek yogurt
1pm 3 tilapia fillets cup of brown rice steamed
    3pm 8oz chicken 2 cups veggies
430pm 1 apple serving of greek yogurt
    7pm optimum gainer shake
830pm Arbys philly steak sandwich (this is on the way home which is a 1hr drive from work)

The calories add up to 3600 with a little excess in protein being 410g and lacking in fat which i believe is 70g (think my calculations said i needed 85)
This is my diet everyday as i drive an hr to work each day and work 12 hr shifts.
I train 4 days a week with a 10 min weighted cardio for a warm up and a 15 min ab circuit after
I have been increasing weight every week on each exercise.
Workouts are isolated to Chest/tri's, legs, shoulders, back/bi
I have also added a photo where i was 185lbs in the middle of my 6 week circuit cutting

I will welcome ANY comments or critics. I wanna get this right. Thanks for any help

Drop the Eq its worthless !st cycle test only.Run Adex@ .25 EOD you have to many shakesin your diet. And it needs some work.Seeing I aint great at it others will help ypu out.Run your test @ 500mg and you will be good on that pct is ok.

I agree i have too many shakes, however with my schedule its hard to work in another meal......another lean meal with the calorie and other nutrients needed.
But thank you, i will explore some more options as i have to change it up so i don't feel like i live on a deserted island eating the local wildlife....
