    Short-estered clean bulk cycle. yay or nay?

    Stats:

    5'10
    220
    10% BF
    training:6 years
    cycles: a lot


    i plan on doing 350mg prop each week with 500mg Nandrolone phenylprop and 490mg tbol on a clean bulk diet, 600 cals above TDEE


    prop/npp/tbol is a good option to add a solid 10-15 lbs while keeping water retention and fat gains low?

    I would replace the tbol with 500mg a week of Mast.

    I'd run the prop at 150mgs eod, keep the npp where it's at and run those two.

    I like Mast in there for the lean gains he is lloking for and at 10% it should help harden him up nicely.

    So mast works better then tbol/anavar for you?

    I have never tried tbol to be honest..only dbol , and This current cycle is my first Mast but yes...so far I would take it over var. Never had much luck with Var..

    The Prop and NPP should be fine as long as you're splitting the dose up into every other day injections. 500mg of NPP is a chunk though, it might be more than you need. As for the Tbol, this stuff won't do a lot for mass, it's just not a strong mass builder. Great for strength and it can harden you up a little bit. I'm not saying it can't promote any mass and maybe you're not looking for a lot of mass, I don't know but it wouldn't be one of my first choices.

    Side note, I don't understand why some are saying he should add Masteron to a bulking cycle...this will do less for growth than Tbol.
