OTC Cold and Flu medicine!

Ok guys just a quick question about taking medicines like these while on cycle. I currently don't have the cold or flu now but am wanting to know if any medicines like Alka Seltzer or Tylenol Cold and Flu or Nyquil will **** with Test E? Thanks in advance!

Hopefully u wont get the flu and on cycle but if it happens then yes you can take any otc flu or pain med in occordance to your symtoms but id def try to avoid overmedicating trying to take as little as possible and gerting back on my feet and in the gym asap to not waste the cycle
