    Ok. Just had a baby , during the pregnancy I ate crappy like she did . but I was solid and strong before . Got a small case of gyno and I'm reversing now. Also just started ghrp and cjc cycle . 3xs on training days and 2 xs non training days.

    My diet sucks. I'm doin a simple daily diet review .

    Wake up , protien shake with banana 35g crabs 40g protien

    At work 8-9 am wheat sandwich with turkey and cheddar cheese . 25g carbs 30g protien

    11am lunch pure protien bar 30 g protien with apple25 g carbs.

    1pm musclemilk RTD 25G protien and 6g carbs.

    On workout days post workout 5g glutimine 40g whey and 50g fast carbs .

    Dinner is usually brown rice with broccoli and 1 chickenbreast 30g carbs 30-40g protien .

    171 g carbs and 200g protien

    My goal is to lean from cjc and ghrp before I start a cycle of gear again .

    I workout everyother day. Always intense . Do abs and cardio on those days as well. Usually HIIT for cardio 15-30mins depending on schedule .

    I can add pics looking for a overall critique . I honestly dont know anything about macros so a help would be awesome .

    Pleaseletmeknow how those peptides work for you!You might evenwant to start a log for them. Just a thought. I amreally wanting to be able to take a long breakfrom AASand devel into peptides inbetween in order to still get that "bust it" mentality at the gym without actually causing harm that long AAS cycle are known for.     Will do!. A log I dunno it would have to be weekly . Just because ofhow long it takes to work. And thanks man. Ya Ive never done hgh or peps before . So this is new to me.

    AZ congrats on the baby! You're a dad. It's an awesome thing. I just started the 6/mod myself a little while ago. Very curious to see how it progresses. Definitely an increase in appetite with it. I'll actually have some comparative lab work by mid-October to see if my IGF1 level will come up.

    Thanks a bunch man ! Yea it is veryexciting being a father . Can barley fit in a workout seems like lol. Ya be sure to let me know about them labs.
