Deca alone??? How long you been lifting? Even though they say de a isnt that anabolic (help with strength), I bieleve your strength will go up and you'll prob be lifting more then you should while on cycle and will prob do more harm then good... aas isn't meant to heal any injuries yet it could help prevent some or some pains when on such as deca will to your joints.. it will help lubricate the joints but if the damage is already there I would def heal 100% and be lifting 100% for a couple months at least before considering aas

Deca alone is a bad idea. And it will not help with the pain. And i agree it will probably do more harm then good
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

No deca and no AAS just to heal sore muscles. You probably could use some deep tissue massage to break up adhesions on the muscle. It'll be painful but well worth it. NSAIDS will help too.

As others have mentioned, doing a deca cycle poses 2 problems:

    - deca shuts down your natural testosterone levels to almost nothing, which leads to all kinds of problems. This is why people always stack deca with testosterone .

    - just as importantly, you could re-injure yourself or make your condition worse by taking steroids . Because steroids increase your strength so dramatically, you may end up lifting more than your back can handle, and end up re-injuring yourself. This is a serious possibility and would put you right back to square 1.

Best thing is to keep lifting as you are - naturally - slowly regaining strength in your back over the next year. Once you are able to lift heavy weight without worrying about re-injuring yourself, then you can consider a testosterone cycle (it is recommended that first-time steroid users start with one compound, and testosterone is THE core of any cycle, THE king and staple of all steroid users).

    Hope this helps
