Sink or swim just like the heading, it's coming up to summer here in AUS and its time for me to get fit plus it's apart if my job to be fit,

First off my status age: 32, weight: bout 88kg, height: bout 177cm, BF: 10% and 2 cycles under my belt


Ok this is what I was thinking of doing and I'm only limited to not much at all due to been in AUS and not having a good souce, ill be doin a lot of swimming and running and cardio work outs, and about 3 gym sets a week all together ill be doin up to 12 sessions a week,


What I was thinking and again u guys are goin to smash me or it might be a good course for me:

Week 1-12 sus 250x2 times a week Monday and Thursday

Week 1- 12 0.5ml (cc) of injectable B12 with every sus 250 shot

Week 8- till a day before PCT 20mg of ostarine (sarm) ED so 6 weeks all up

Week 1-12 8mg of stane every 3 days ( found its a good amount for me) but anyone throughs feel free)

70/70/35/35/17.5
