cutting cycle
im 5.9 185 around 14% bf
400 mg of test e aweek for 12 weeks
clen going to start out with 60 mg aweek and work my way up to 120 for five weeks i have t3 to add if it will help out more
adex .10 everyday 12 weeks
pct tamox 40,40,20,20. clomid 50,50,20,20
my diet is 2100 calories grams per day .cho 157,pro,210.fat.7o

Welcome, Paul.
A few questions...
1. Why do you plan on running clen for 5 weeks with no breaks in between? Seems you may lose the effects after 2 weeks.
2. What's your plan with the T3, timing and dosage?
3. Is your calorie plan based on a deficit from your TDEE, if so how much deficit?

I think you'd get more out of clen with 2 weeks on and 2 off. If you've never run clen before, don't start at 60. Lots of people react VERY differently to clen and for some 60 maxes them out. So start with 20, go up in 20mcg increments to 120. (you will get differing opinions on this)
T3 is fine, your test dose is plenty to prevent muscle loss from T3. I typically ramp up on the T3, but not down. I just stay at my max dose throughout. Remember, you produce 20-25mcg naturally, so doses in that range will not do anything.
Adex dose is good. PCT looks fine, make sure you start PCT 14 days after your last injection. Avoid lactose on this cycle.
Have you checked your blood pressure lately?

got it sounds good and thanks for your help on the adex dose is that what ppl start out with or with the cycle im doing its just the right amount you seem to know alot and when im doing my pct should i grab a test booster from gnc or just run the pct .thanks

on a 500mg/week cycle I run .25 every other day. Which you can do on your cycle, too. But .10 daily is fine, you can increase if need be.
No need for test boosters. You may consider HCG on cycle to prevent testicular atrophy and speed up your recovery. You can dose it at 250iu twice weekly. I personally never cycle without it.
Check your blood pressure.

Clenbuterol doesn't aid me much in additional fat burning, I feel it is better for energy but that is just personal preference. Using an OTC med containing diphenhydramine will help keep your receptors fresh and also help you sleep

Are you talking about intensity or volume? You still have to do a lot of cardio and personally I like to switch it up. Some days high intense cardio and others I just pick a treadmill with a good view and walk. If you think that clen will give you an edge you will lose the edge by thinking so if that makes sense. A lot of people use clen as a crutch and end up doing worse because they think it will do a lot of the work for them.

There are several effective ways to run Clen . Many prefer the 2wk on/2wk off method due to the body adapting to Clen rather quickly, but it doesn't adapt nearly as fast as many tend to believe. The same dose of Clenbuterol will actually keep the metabolism spiked for approximately 5wks. Granted, by the 5wk point it's not going to be a large increase in activity, but it's still an increase. Many tend to base their view on Clen use on how they feel. It can definitely make you feel jittery and once this fades many assume it's time to discontinue use. However, this doesn't mean the metabolic rate isn't still enhanced.
The best ways to run Clen if you're going to use it non-stop for an extended period of time is to begin with a low dose, 20-40mcg per day and increase the dose 20mcg every 2-3wks as needed.
Another option would be to start at 20-40mcg per day and increase 20-40mcg every 5-7 days, continue for 4-5wks, discontinue use and wait 2-4wks before beginning again.
The final way is the 2wk on/2wk off method as Austinite mentioned.
All 3 ways can work, you may however find one works best for you.
There is also the old 2 day on/2 day off method, but this one is largely the most inefficient IMO.

500 is a good amount! I wouldn't worry that much about that number though as it will fluctuate depending on the intensity you are doing. Most importantly is changing it up because motivation is the hardest thing to keep up when cutting. Go swimming, take walks and go running out of the gym if you are sick of being in the gym. I just have too many cute girls at my gym so that's why I like the treadmill. I would say that 45min-1hour is better, take a day off as needed because you don't want to get burnt out.
