    first cycle! need help :)

    hi all!
    i'm 20, workink out since when i was 16
    i'm trying to do my first bulk cycle, i don't want nothing heavy
    My idea is to start with Dbol +Deca
    40mg dbol for 6week
    150mg deca, once a week
    Liv52 1tab for 6week
    Letrozolo 2,5mg, 6week from 4 cycle's week
    Nolvadex , 20mg, from last cycle's week for 4 week
    is it ok? Does letrozolo "kills" Dbol or Deca effect?
    is there another beginner cycle for max bulk, not heavy for my body?

    I presume you are well aware of the risks of running aas at such an early age???

    If this is your first cycle i would recommend you stick with a very simple test e/c only cycle. 400mgs of test e/c would more than add 15/25lbs to your current body weight as long as training and diet are on point. I would have stane or adex on hand for your ai and nolva plus clomid for your pct which would start 14/18 days after your last shot depending on what test you run...
    Do not ask me for a source check.

    At 20 you have no business taking AAS regardless if your aware of the risks. You will permanently damage your HPTA system.

    That's not a good cycle. Like mentioned, a test cycle is your best bet. Can't go wrong. And understand the risks involved.

    ye man, but if the cycle is not heavy, and pct very well, i think i can't "damage" hpta

    There is flaw in this train of thought brother. Damage can occur whenever your hpta is suppressed. Even a "light" cycle can do this.

    If you do plan to cycle, follow matts plan. A test only cycle will be best for you. Deca is not for a first cycle n is in no way easy on your hpta. Also, Deca should never be run without Test as you will be deficient in testosterone n will likely suffer many of the side effects of low/no T.

    another question: when i finish cycle, how much can i keep results with good diet and training? and can i grow "naturally" after cycle?

    First off, you're only 20 which is too young for any cycle. Second, oral only cycles are not a good idea, as stated above, and third, have you ever heard of Decca dick? Wouldn't want that when you're 20

    Your gains will be dependant on your training/diet and also dependant on your genetic potential and how far away from it you are.

    If you are far from your genetic potential with a proper diet you may be able to walk away with/keep 10+ lbs, if you are nearing it this may be less.

    If you do not exceed your genetic potential you can absolutlely grow naturally after cycle

    This is what I did to bulk up. (because it has a lot to do with diet)
    Gear:
    500mg of test
    Anavar tabs, 25mg/day if you get joint pains, take lots of omega 3s or Astaxanthin works even better.
    anumed ehcg -
    and cycle in hGH for the entire cycle.(if you can afford it)
    Diet:
    morning, 12 egg whites and 1 egg yolk (i do this because i don't eat well in the morning)
    snack protein shake with oat meal or punut butter, 7-15 almonds
    lunch, fish fish and more fish! don't like fish? chicken will do
    Protein shake with carbs b4 workout maybe no2
    after workout, another shake
    Dinner, vegetables, meat, pasta.
    Protein shake b4 bed, or another 12 egg whites and one yolk.
    Vitamins:
    Liver support, milk thistle dandelion extract
    milti vitamin
    omega 3s or astaxanthin,

    The ehcg will help with your pct but you will need at least clomid

    So there you have it, the beginners (low budget) cycle, Let me know what you think!

    Fyi the cycle you quoted. The guy doesn't know alot about cycling. The gh he is taking about isnt gh. He has done this before with fake hcg . Not that his whole post is wrong but i wouldn't follow his dosage or drug recommendations on anything
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    what about 4 week testo propionate 200mg week + oral turinabol 30mg day? 2week 100mg proviron + last 2 week 50mg

    something seemed off with that post, which is why i just wanted to carify the Test & anavar dosages he indicated, for the OP.
