My name is Manish Mudgil, i have been gyming for nearly 3 yrs now and i am 5'11 and 80 kilograms
I was planning to jump on the very first cycle of my life.
I have come up with this.


Please let me know what you think about this.

that's all pretty standard and nearly identical to the cycle that i am currently on. you should switch that aromasin from pct over to your on cycle weeks though and consider cutting way back on that dosage, that's a whopper man.

Start you AI dose at .10 Ed, only up that if feeling sides getting out of hand.

so, according to your suggestion i should start AI around like 10th or 11th week and and take it to like 15th week.
Should i keep the dosage to 10mgs through out or should i wait for any bloat sides.

i think the general consensus around these parts would be to begin the AI when you begin the cycle, if you were only using test e then perhaps you could wait two weeks into your cycle to begin with your AI.

Are Nolvadex , HCG and Vitamin E good where they are in Post Cycle ?
And there dosage, is that fine too ?

Test only for a first cycle, run the AI throughout.Drop the Dbol
HCG 250 iu's 2x a week on cycle

and Post Cycle just for 4 weeks
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Clomid 50/50/25/25
and what about Vitamin E ?

you can take vit E no problem. 800iu daily is a good dose. Take it with your omega's

Agree with fit, drop the dbol.

personally i love dbol and am very glad i followed the steroid .com novice cycle advice and combined dbol with test e for my first cycle.

Dont understand your question. Shouldnt be any sides from 400 to 800iu of vit. E.

I mean take the vitamin with omega-3 fatty acids. It's an an antioxidant and will provide protection for unsaturated fatty acid.

Everyday. I take them for ever, everyday. Regardless of a cycle.

aromasin is stronger than adex, not that there is anything wrong with that but just be cautious. Serum levels will take a week or so to get up. adex is "same day service". I prefer adex for an AI.

Infact i have heard the same for AI and Arimidex
i think i might replace AI for adex for the same dosage

no. not the same dosage. Adex you can run at 0.25 EOD.
