    Clen and cardio??

May be a stupid question but is it okay to do cardio while on Clen . Reason I asked was because I did a little cardio this morning moderate intensity and felt like I ran 10 miles none stop and my heart was gonna pop out my chest. My dosage was 40mcg today.

There's no issues with cardio and clen .

I'll take my clen in the morning and workout later in the day, I never take it before I workout anymore. My workouts suffer and if I'm doing cardio my heart rate becomes more elevated then I would like. As long as you have a good time span between taking your clen and working out you should not have any problems!

About three hours before training is good for me and most people.

I like to do my cardio first thing in the a.m. when I wake. I don't feel there is any benefit to my heart banging of my ribcage when doing cardio. I take my clen dosage after I have cooled down and eat shortly after I take it which I feel reduces the sides a bit.
