    250mg a week Test-E enough?

    Wondering for a first cycle and possibly one and only, is 250mg a week enough for good results or should I up it without having any negatives? Thank

    Are you fully aware of the rsks you face by using steroids before your endocrine system is fully developed. Really not a great idea and there are many members who can give personal testimony of how it messed them up for life.

    Do what i did go to your doctor and get your baselines. then do your research. you don't wanna dive into something that can cause problems just to look good.

    OP, you're 6'0 and 185lbs. If you want to ignore Lunk's warning about age. Look at the fact, you're no-where near your natural limit. I suggest you learn more about training and dieting and come back in a few years when you're naturally at above 200lbs and your endocrine system is fully matured. If you do that, when you finally DO cycle, you'll have a better experience.

    List out your current training regimen including number of reps, sets and weight. And then let's go through your diet. Take some time and write out each meal you take during your day, the time you take them, meal portions and the macros. Include beverages as well and list their sugar content. We'll go through this to get you what you need so you can improve without using steroids .

    And for the record a cycle at 250mg per week isn't going to be effective.

    Okay thanks guys. I am doing my research and I know I'm far away from my first cycle. I still have a long way to go and I just want to start early and get as much knowledge as possible so I can be effective in what I'm trying to accomplish. I'm going to post up my routines diet reps etc. Soon So you guys can help me naturally put in work and reach my potential before I go for it all with my first cycle.     This is a great start...be seeing much more of you around I hope. It's nive to have responsible young adults come in and make good decisions.

    Yes, this is a good decision. Some of the guys on this site are excellent sources for nutrition and training information.
