Trensomnia - sleep aids
So I started my first tren cycle, I can fall asleep easy but wake up about 3 hrs later and have a generally restless sleep the rest of the night. Might be the tren, might be the prami. Either way I'm looking for something to help me sleep that I won't devalope a dependentcy on. Any suggestions? Tried a Ativan (had a script for from a while ago), it worked great but i read a dependency can devalope so I thought I should try some other options.

I always use melatonin. It puts me right to sleep and although I wake up 2 or 3 more times per night, I'm able to fall back asleep easily.

30 ml of diphenhydramine might do the trick. It's sold under the commercial name of ZZZQuill but is also one of the active ingredients in benadryl. Others may recommend tylenol PM, zalepon (Sonata), zolpidem (Ambien), and eszopiclone (Lunesta), but I find these leave me feeling sluggish the next day.

25 mg diphenhydramine (generic Benadryl) works good. If I really need to sleep I take 50 mg. Even then it can be restless tossing sleep. I tried DSIP a while back and it was hit or miss. Sometimes awesome sleep sometimes just tossing and turning. So I'm back to the generic benadryl.

Just putting this out there, I am on clen and started using the keto. Keto puts me to sleep nice. If you can get script, trazodone is great puts you in that 3rd stage of sleep and no sluggishness next day.

melatonin works good for me. I feel safe using it. here is a quote from insomnia on wikipedia.
"The hormone melatonin, sold as a "dietary supplement" in some countries or as a slow-release prescription drug (Circadin) in Europe, is effective in several types of insomnia. Melatonin has demonstrated effectiveness equivalent to the prescription sleeping tablet zopiclone in inducing sleep and regulating the sleep/waking cycle.[74] One particular benefit of melatonin is that it can treat insomnia without altering the sleep pattern, which is altered by many prescription sleeping tablets. Another benefit is it does not impair performance related skills."
hope you get some good sleep.

A lot of good recommendations and I'm sure others will follow. In cases like this, I always recommend trying the "milder" agents first before dosing the harder substances. If you get the sleep you need with milder agents, why jump right to the harder (more dependency causing) compounds. I know some guys favor strong agents but I'd save those as a last resort. Trazodone works well for many, but some have unpleasant side efects such as: constipation/diarrhea, myalgia, arthralgia, syncope, flu like symptoms, dizziness, somnolence (drowsiness), blurred vision, headaches.
IMO some people turn to the harsher compounds too quickly before giving the gentler compounds a chance. I know how important sleep is, but try the milder OTC stuff before choosing others.

take Doxylamine Succinate with it, it'll keep you asleep, not too much though, or its tough getting up in the morn.
hasnt the Benadryl in the US got stims in it also, for cold/flu relief? if so its a bit of an oxymoron, one ingredient to make you sleep and another to keep you awake?!

Probably the prami, if it's anything like bromocriptine it will make it hard to fall asleep

Here is a question that was failed to be asked...how much tren are you dosing with? What is your frequency of administration and what type of tren is it? In my personal experience smaller daily doses of tren ace have not robbed me of any sleep at all. Maybe once a week I might wake up a little earlier but it's rare. I use 80mg daily. When I dosed with 150mg eod it had affected y sleep. I would toss and turn and get only about 3-4 hours a night, especially on the days I had injected

You should try switching to 50mg every day...that's if daily injections doesn't bother you. It helps keep the tren from doing a "rollercoaster" effect of rapid peaks and coming down then another rapid peak eod. I found keeping a much more stable blood level of tren helps keep nasty sides from being too strong. I have used tren in 4 cycles and the first I did eod at 100mg...sleep was pretty scattered and all over the place. Some nights would be OK and others would be terrible. The following cycles I switched to every day injections first running 50mg ed, then 60mg ed and now I'm running 80mg ed and I have no trouble with sleep at all...and Another one that helps with sleep, which I also use, is humanofort...it greatly helps with sleep and ghost production. I use hgh and have used growth hormone peptides for lengths of time and humanofort greatly increases sleep and gh. Hell both of my hands and arms are Tingly though the night...a good sign of gh production
