1st cycle running 250mg/twice a week. Running it for 12 weeks. I'll use l-dex and nova as needed.

    31 years
    195 lb
    17-18 % bf ( won't start until I hit 15%)

Pct. Nolva & clomid will start 2 weeks after last test shot.

45 mins a day 5 to 6 days a week will do you good. Best way is to do morning fasted cardio. Get your diet evaluated for a cut.

gaining and cutting is mostly diet related. You can bulk then cut. I believe cardio is necessary regardless of cutting or bulking. But you can certainly take it down a notch while bulking.

Are u going for a bulk on this cycle or looking to lean up...alot will fall on your diet and calorie intake. I only did cardio 2-3 days a week while on cycle 45 - 60 mins..worked well for me, but each person will vary

At 18% you just need to move and burn some calories. Whatever works for you. Don't get lost in the (bro) 'science' of 'fat burn', your 18% will help you retain muscle.

It's easier to eat 500 less cals per day than burn it doing cardio but a great cutting diet together with cardio is where the real results start.

Got it. Next 3 weeks will be low calorie diet with high cardiovascular training. Thanks for all the info.
