Look into accutane. I run it at 20mg eod and it helps a lot. You may be able to just do 10mg eod. Lots of good threads in the spa regarding acne.

If their NOT bad as you stated I would save accutane as a last resort. I am not bashing it but some ppls reaction to it is bad.

Acne on or after cycle can be a side that is unavoidable for some. I myself have naturally oily skin and break out worse on and after cycle.

You made no mention of an AI and often times acne can be attributed to higher estro. I have noticed mine staying in check better with the use of an AI.

Try some body washes and face soaps containing acne meds like oxy! Scrub 2X a day!

Correct AI dose helps me considerably.

I also use a salicylic acid body wash and Hibiclens in the shower.

I also either shower again in the evening, or at least throw some water on my problem areas and towel off to get rid of the oil.

If your problem is acne, those things may help. The AI may have the biggest impact if you are not currently using one.

this, although i have serious problems with acne on cycle, even if estrogen is in normal range i still need accutane, guess im just unlucky

op i would advise that in the future you run a small dose of accutane, 10mg ed will suffice, it prob too late to start it now to be honest, actually you could start now but i wouldnt expect results until towards end of cycle but alot of people break out during pct due to estrogen flying up and down as johnnyvegas stated above, so this could possibly prevent this

also for me, milk gives me spots, even off cycle, lactose intollerant, nothing severe but 2-3 spots on face is horrible looking i.m.o, i was told by my derma to cut out milk completely and avoid other dairy such as cheese as much as possible, and he was exactly correct, if off cycle then no dairy and my skin is clear, consume dairy and constantly battling spots with panoxyl 10 which then leads to dry and skin that looks sunburnt from the cream, its like pissing into the wind lol

does any that make sense? lol to sum it up, consider a low dose accutane through cycle and pct in the future and also try cut out dairy and see if it makes a difference, and the obvious one of a good facial wash twice a day and drink plenty of water
