    New to the Board

    What's up Fellas, I'm new to the board although I've reading it for about a month now. Real good site with lots of good info.

    I'm 24 years old from New Jersey and have been lifting for about 4 years now. I'm currently 5'8" 175lbs.....about 10-11% body fat (estimation)

    Look forward to getting large w/ everyone.
