Complete Clen cycle.
I'm planning to do a clen cycle in about 2 months.
I want to pass from 13-14%(I'm not trying to cut right now that's why I'm so high, normally I'm 11-12%) BF to 8-10%. I carry this fat for about 10 years now and I can't get rid of it by dieting... I need a little boost and according to everyone I'm too yound for AAS. So clen look like a good idea.
I'm planning to do a 2 weeks on/off.
5g taurine day 0-14
3 mg ketotifen day 1-14
supplementation in potassium during a weeks before and after my last tablets of clen.
Day1: 20mcg
Day2: 40mcg
Day3: 60mcg
Day4: 80mcg
Day5: 80mcg(I'll increase when the side effects are tolerable)
Day6-Day14: 100mcg
2 weeks off
I was thinking on taking the clen the morning with taurine and potassium with meal and my ketotifen 1 hours before sleep.
Any advice/info/comments? I'm open for any additionnale information you can gives me. Thank you.

If your doing 2wks on/off you dont need to run keto. Run clen up to sides are to much or you reach 120mcg's. Diet and cardio will play the biggest role in BF lost.

What about the down regulation of the beta-2-receptor if I drop the keto?? Also with what i read the keto reduce tnf alpha... so it seems to be good combinaison...
So why you want me to remove it?? it is because the 2 weeks off "reset" the receptor ??

keto really only needs to be used if you are going to run clen straights through and not take time off. Meaning a straight cycle.

K then Clen + suplementation only 2weekson/off.
Does this type of cycle have a maximum of duration? (I'm planning do to 2-3 months(weeks off include).)

Its up to you how long you run it. 2wks on/off is ok for a bit. I ran 8wks straight with keto starting at the end of week two. I wouldnt recommend this starting out though.
Stick with 2wks on/off and see how you do. Increase water and take tourine also. May need pass, if you cramp.

I ran keto + clen for 4 weeks straight. Fast results, worked well.

T4/clen stack is the bomb, I run keto even though I only do 2 weeks on and off for sleep.

Ok. for a 4 weeks straight cycle.Do I max clen (80-120mcg depending on how i react)and keep it that way for the the time rest?? with keto of course.

yes you can do that. just start the keto at the end of week two.
