    Time for first stack, what to add??

    38 years old
    228lbs.

    good diet! Good routine.

    I have ran several cycles of Test C, and/with Clen . Done PST and been off a good while.
    About to run another cycle of Test C. Should I do a stack? I'm almost at my goals.
    I'm strong enough, bulky enough- I'd just like to look a little cleaner, more defined.

    Suggestions? Nothing crazy- I certainly want to stay with the safer side of injectables.

    What's your body fat%?
    How long have you been training for?
    What was the dosage and duration of your first cycle?
    How were your gains?
    Did you keep them?

    Next time, rather than PST, you might trying doing PCT :-)

    You would probably see great results with just test. That is what I would do.

    How about some masteron at 350-400mg a week and a good diet? That will harden you up.

    Pretty much use the body for life diet as a basis for mine. I eat really healthy. Wild game, garden greens etc. next to zero processed foods. I eat 6+ times a day. Getting plenty of all requirements.

    Been training for 15 or so years, all natural until about 2 years ago.

    Unsure about Body fat. It would have to be under 20% maybe half that. NO flab on me.

    Your diet and cardio need to be on point. If your at 20%bf you shouldnt be cycling. Get it to 15% or less. I would only run the mast if you get to 12%bf first also.

    Test at 500mgs for 12wks
    Mast at 400mgs for 10wks
    Anavar at 60mgs for 8wks

    I don't have a way to check BF. It wouldn't surprise me if it were 12% or under. I look like a (beefy) swimsuit model. I just want to look a wee bit more chiseled...

    "Beefy swimsuit model"? That's an oxymoron..lol And at 5'10" 228lbs i don't think your 12%, unless youre really solid and lean.

    You could include a kicker like dbol @ 40mg/day with your test. Just make sure you diet is on and you drink lots of water.

    Edit: just saw the chiseled part. forgo the dbol and include anavar 60mg/day last 6wks of cycle.

    SO it looks like it is Mast & Tcyp.
    Surely T-Dogg isn't suggesting a 30 week stack/cycle in the above response.

    For clarification when I get the gear- Should I run Tcyp first week or two to launch and then Mast. Or run some Mg's of Tc and Mast together weekly?

    I wouldnt run masteron anywhere near your bf, wont do much at all IMHO
