She should try diet first and not turn to drugs

It may be time for her to get a female hormone panel their may be a imbalance that is causing it. look into thyriod and t3, t4 as well
Diet and cardio will still be key.

A girl who wants to lose fat? Wow, where did you ever find someone like that?!
So, she "tried dieting" and the gym "isn't helping" and apparently that's enough information to start recommending a course of drugs and hormones!
Hope she's not your girlfriend.

x2
"Tried dieting" usually means ate healthy once or twice a day while snacking in between or trying a diet for a week losing a pound and giving up on it. I lost 60+ pounds with nothing more than diet and training. I used fish oil and protein powder as my only supplements

I;m sorry OP. I;m going to have to agree with my other three knowledgable associates. Taking the easy way out is only a crutch and should be avoided. If she were to take drugs, then what happens when she stops taking drugs? (and she WILL eventually have to stop taking drugs).......
....the answer is the weight will come back on. The fat is there, in all likelyhood, due to lifestyle issues. Until she changes those lifestyle issues, she will always be at risk of regaining the weight once she stops with the drugs.
Many women, and men too, are very sensitive to gluten, and wheat. There are many books out there that advocate abstaining from wheat and gluten, since wheat nowadays is GM, and we havn't adapted to it yet, and therefore it causes problems.
Here's one such book. I did a partial read, and agree with the overall analysis:
http://www.amazon.com/Wheat-Belly-Lo.../dp/1609611543
Additionally, she should sign up and become a member, so she can go to the nutrition subforum and post her diet. I'll bet you ten bucks it aint as dialed in as you think!
But as it stands now, I can't, in good conscious, recommend drugs to a lady that hasn't explored all the other options yet.
Cheers!

well..she is my finance... and she wants to lose weight. I agree with the gluten
thing..i myself avoid gluten...she is not nearly as experienced as me..
but when it comes to women and steroids ..i am not sure about...i can take care of myself but
to someone i care about i don't want to give her anything but flax, fish oils, chlorella, digestive
enzymes etc.
ok..but what would be better t3 or anavar ... let's pretend here..because mostly likely she is going to do it anyway...

dude how about a full body detox, become raw food vegan for 2 weeks, wake up every morning and have a large bowl of salad with boiled egg whites when all that dont work you turn to drugs because fat comes back like a plague, so easy go easy come back with drugs, aint no magic pill aint no one holding anyone hands and guiding them to the light, just good advice

Then most likely she's going waste her money and still be fat.
Tell her you'll get her the drugs after she signs up for personal training and does everything the trainer says for a good 90 days. Then get her a placebo.
OK, I use a lot of drugs. Look at my picture, it should be obvious. But you know what I had before I ever took any kind of steroid or fat burner? One hell of a nice body that I earned naturally through work and diet and knowledge. If your woman has a significant amount of fat to lose, she obviously lacks knowledge about diet and training, and the drugs just don't work for untrained bodies. If you are 20+ lbs overweight and you go on t3 or clen , assuming you exercise you could maybe lose a few pounds that will just come back after the drugs are stopped. Why spend all that money to get nothing?
Drugs like these aren't for overweight people or people just trying to lose that last ten pounds, they're for extreme athletes who want extreme results, and who are willing to live with extreme consequences.
